We built a branded ordering app for iOS and Android with direct Toast POS integration — orders placed in the app route directly to the kitchen without any manual re-entry. The loyalty system awards points on every transaction (dine-in, takeout, and delivery), with automated rewards, birthday offers, and win-back campaigns triggered by customer behavior. The owner dashboard consolidates sales, loyalty metrics, and menu performance across all locations in real time.
The commission we were paying third-party apps was killing us on delivery. Within three months of launching TableFlow, more than a quarter of our delivery customers had switched to ordering direct. The loyalty program has been a bigger win than we expected — our regulars love it.
