The brokerage's dependency on Zillow and Realtor.com for leads was expensive and gave competitors equal visibility. Agents were missing follow-up windows because they had no system alerting them when leads engaged with listings. The buying experience felt disconnected — buyers searched on one platform, then communicated with agents through another.
We built a branded property search app for iOS and Android with real-time MLS data integration, interactive Mapbox-powered map search, saved searches with push notification alerts, and a built-in agent communication layer. The agent-facing CRM module tracks buyer behavior — which listings were viewed, saved, and how long they spent on each — giving agents the context to have meaningfully better conversations.
We were writing checks to Zillow every month for leads on our own listings. This app changed that completely. Our agents have better conversations with buyers because they know exactly what they have been looking at before they even say hello.
