How We
Solved It

We built a two-sided platform — a React Native driver app for iOS and Android, and a web-based dispatcher dashboard. The driver app handles job assignment notifications, turn-by-turn navigation, digital proof of delivery with photo capture and e-signature, and HOS compliance logging. The dispatcher dashboard provides a live map view of every vehicle, drag-and-drop job assignment, automated ETAs, and a reporting suite.
